These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the B2B platform ("Platform") provided by SEVENLOOP TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India and registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Ground Floor, Urban Vault, 1515, 19th Main Rd, Vanganahalli, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bangalore, India 560102 ("Company"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

a. The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating business-to-business transactions. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
b. You shall not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data mining, or interference with the proper functioning of the Platform.
c. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property Rights
a. The Platform and all materials contained therein,including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software,are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
c. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to the Company regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without any obligation to you.
Privacy
The Company collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms or violation of any rights of another party.
Modification or Termination of the Platform

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore,Karnataka.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid,illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings or representations.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
