The total cost of the product, including shipping cost and other charges will be displayed on the screen. You can then proceed to complete the payment after which you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. Ximkart will work with the supplier and get your product delivered to you within the estimated timeline. You will receive an end-to-end service from Ximkart with no hassles between order and delivery.

I want to make an order of a very large quantity on Ximkart. How do I do that?

If the quantity you wish to order is not being displayed on our website, you can simply click the ‘Enquire Now’ button available on our product page and present your query and wait for our team to get back to you. Alternatively, you can fill up this form and our team will get in touch with you to discuss the terms and to help you place your order.

How can I get the invoice for my order?

Once your payment has been successful, and the order has been placed, a soft copy of the invoice for your product and services including shipping details will be sent to your email address. Additionally, you will receive a printed invoice of your order along with the delivery of your product. You also have the option of downloading the invoice by logging into your account once the order is delivered.


What are the payment options available on Ximkart?

Payments on Ximkart can be done through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI payment. We also accept Cash on Delivery for selected locations.

What are the payment terms for my order?

Ximkart offers complete transparency throughout our service and therefore before you proceed to complete your payment, you will be able to see the entire cost of your order, including shipping, upfront at the time of the payment.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If due to any reason you were unable to make a successful payment, you will receive a payment failure email upon the unsuccessful payment. The products you were attempting to order will remain in your cart and your shipping and billing details will also be saved. You can once again try to pay for the products and complete your purchase. If the payment issue persists again, please write to us at sales@ximkart.com and we will resolve the issue for you.

The payment for my order was successful but I have not received an order confirmation email. What do I do?

It is very rare for this issue to occur, but if it does occur,, please check you spam or junk inbox to see if you received your email there. If not, please check for a payment failure email. If the payment has failed and the amount has been deducted from your account, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 days back in the same account through which you made the payment. Are my payments and information secure?

Ximkart guarantees 100% safe and secure checkout procedure. Additionally, your payment will be done to the seller via Ximkart which is an Indian entity, offering you all the consumer protections and dispute resolution mechanisms available in India. You will be charged only in INR


Can you describe the Ximkart QC process in detail?

Ximkart’s QC process includes: - Visual Inspection: A visual analysis of products is carried out before the dispatch procedure to make sure that the product being dispatched is the same product ordered by the customer. - Functionality Check: Making sure that functional aspects of the product - especially moving components such as zippers, lids, closures etc. are in brand new working condition. - Compliance Check: Checking product compliance with the international standards, rules, and regulations of the destination country. This includes ensuring that fumigation is carried out in case of wooden products, lead testing is done for ceramic products, and so on. - Packaging Check: Complying to International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) standards we carry out packaging tests, to ensure safe cross-border shipping. We use packaging supplies such as bubble wrap and appropriate dunnage for all shipments, and conduct extensive drop tests before the shipment is dispatched to ensure that the packaging is appropriate for each product.

Will the products be delivered as per specification?

Ximkart, with its in-house QC team does a virtual and/or physical QC check for all our orders, irrespective of the size or value of the order. We keep our process transparent and you can request for an inspection at any point in time. Our QC process includes a visual inspection, a functionality check, a compliance check and a packaging check assuring complete product delivery as per specification.


Does Ximkart pay import duties and clear the shipment customs?

Our logistics partner will clear the shipment and customs procedure at the time of the import. However, if the value of goods exceeds the threshold value beyond which import duties are levied (i.e. the de minimis value), the buyer will have to pay the import duties levied. What is the average time period for product delivery?

Since we use several international logistics partners to ship products across the globe, it take 5-7 days for these products to be delivered after they have been dispatched in case of most countries.

What is Ximkart’s shipping rate?

Offering complete transparency, Ximkart offers a flat rate of US$ 50 for shipping per order regardless of the size of the order or the brands ordered through.

What measures do you take to make sure that the products are delivered within the estimated timeline?

Ximkart’s dedicated Quality Control team tracks each order from its confirmation till its final delivery. We keep constant contact with the sellers throughout the production so that any discrepancy can be rectified without causing any delays in product delivery.

Can you ensure that the products are packed appropriately?

There is a dedicated packing procedure for each retail unit/set of products. We provide extra care for items that are fragile so that they are not damaged during the transit, while we follow ISTA standards.

Do you offer drop shipping?

We are currently not providing the service of drop shipping. However if and when we do launch this service, we will update you with the information on our website.


What if the goods I receive are not up to my expectations? Can I do a return or exchange?

Our returns policy is simple. If the products you order have any quality-related issues, we’ll give you a no-questions-asked refund.

What is Ximkart’s 30 day free return policy?

If the product has been kept in its original packing condition and is undamaged, it can be returned to Ximkart at no additional cost within 30 days of the delivery. Please refer to the detailed returns policy here.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please write an email from your registered email address to support@ximkart.com requesting the return. We will get back to you within 24 hours. In case you wish to return goods that were damaged on arrival, please send photos of all the damaged items as well within 15 days of receiving the products and we will process the returns accordingly.

How will my return be processed?

Once you have requested for a return, we will allot a pick-up date for your products within 7 days. You can even modify this date as per your availability. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of your refund being approved. You will then receive your refund through the same payment mode through which you made the initial payment of the product.
